I can reiterate my comment the other day to Irmina Lichtarska that I am very happy with the improved communication from her compared with the previous building manager. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.
Michael Baird’s diligence and persistence has turned our scheme into a well-oiled machine. He looks after our 245 unit Complex as he would his own home. He provides prompt service and his attention to detail has surpassed our expectation in all areas. I have found TFM to be very professional and helpful whenever I have had dealings with them. They respond promptly to any requests/queries I have had. Keep up the great work!
It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. We have the notice on the door but people get lost and have no mobile coverage!… Read more
