It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.

The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
