The most pro active building manager that I have seen. Michael responds to questions / issues in a very prompt and accurate manner.
Doing a superb job. Great to have visitor parking again. Building feels more secure. Good that jobs are attended to quickly.
BM (Irmina) seems to be doing a good job. Main area for improvement would not be with BM but would be with cleaner…. He appears to have little ‘enthusiasm’, goes at a fairly slow pace, and honestly, not sure the general floors etc look any cleaner than they did before…. admittedly the ‘big clean’ at the start helped, but there are still times where the level of care taken with the hoovering etc isn’t really up to scratch.
I have known Michael for a period of approximately four years, as the Treasurer of the Executive Committee of 51 Hereford St, Glebe. Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.
