I think this portal/surveys would be good for me to know (but also important to send to tenants), to keep me abreast of matters in unit bldgs, though my agent is doing that for me. If I could get alerts through my email, it would be ideal for contacting me, as the building portal is a good way 4 building residents, & strata mgrs.

Good Day,My Building Manager,Irmina Licharska,is a very pleasant and professional person.She is proactive and willing to go the extra mile in order to assist me with any issues that I may have. Irmina has a positive attitude and the ability to listen in an empathetic manner. She is always able to come up with a solution first, before engaging the tradesmen. BM (Irmina) seems to be doing a good job. Main area for improvement would not be with BM but would be with cleaner…. He appears to have little ‘enthusiasm’, goes at a fairly slow pace, and honestly, not sure the general floors etc look any cleaner than they did before…. admittedly the ‘big clean’ at the start helped, but there are still times where the level of care taken with the hoovering etc isn’t really up to scratch.
I haven’t really had any issues I need assistance with from Irmina but she’s friendly and seems nice. Essential notices are sent in time by text or email, which I appreciate very much.
We are satisfied with the building management. We are particularly happy to have a building manager on-site who can assist with parcel management, holding keys when required and assist with our other queries in a helpful and friendly manner.
It is first time to deal with Irmina personally since I moved from tower A to tower B. I truly appreciate all her help, support and speed in attending all matters. She is very professional and keen to help by all means. She is very responsive; with matters that seem hard to fix, she seeks second opinion.
