Having experienced many building managers in the past when on the committee of a different strata complex for 7 years I can say without a doubt that Michael Baird is the most competent, efficient manager I have ever experienced. I think we are very lucky to have him. Kaye, Glebe Gardens
Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.
Michael responds promptly to any issues and has always been very helpful.
I think the new management has been great for Glebe Gardens, particularly as issues concerning the maintenance and operation of Glebe Gardens are taken seriously and are dealt with in reasonable time.
Long story short: Stuff. Gets. Done. Properly. Further; the past manager was great at making everyone happy, while nothing got done. I’d much rather have a “doer” than a “pleaser”.
Transparent FM is a vast improvement on the previous Manager who was unresponsive, inaccessible and unhelpful. Michael is responsive, efficient and friendly. He has initated a number of significant improvements around the complex and also in our ability to communicate – both with him, and with our strata community generally. I feel as though the complex is being actively managed and maintained and I appreciate the efforts of our Building Manager. I know queries and requests will be actioned.
