Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.

I can reiterate my comment the other day to Irmina Lichtarska that I am very happy with the improved communication from her compared with the previous building manager. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.
You could help in sourcing the waste companies coming in the middle of the night and to stop the noise.
Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry.
