Fix the smelly lift and watch the cleaners
It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. We have the notice on the door but people get lost and have no mobile coverage!

You could help in sourcing the waste companies coming in the middle of the night and to stop the noise.

My feedback is that having the onsite presence has made a vast difference and overall things are noted and actioned quickly.
I haven’t really had any issues I need assistance with from Irmina but she’s friendly and seems nice. Essential notices are sent in time by text or email, which I appreciate very much.
I think this portal/surveys would be good for me to know (but also important to send to tenants), to keep me abreast of matters in unit bldgs, though my agent is doing that for me. If I could get alerts through my email, it would be ideal for contacting me, as the building portal is a good way 4 building residents, & strata mgrs.
