This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.

It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries.
