Just doing something about the terrible smell near and in the lifts at times. It smells like a sewer.
We used to get notified be email when a package has been delivered, now it’s up to us to chase up whether something has arrived (if expecting a package). Please resume this, or at least update the screen outside the bin room – is it still working? I never see it on anymore. Poor response / communication back when an issue has been highlighted or reported. Ermina used to be prompt with return communication / updates and following up issues.
Be more hard in those residents parking their second car in the visitors spots. Start wheel clamping. It’s always the same resident cars there day after day.
Fix the smelly lift and watch the cleaners
It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. We have the notice on the door but people get lost and have no mobile coverage!
There’s nothing that Keni can do better. He’s AWESOME! Great community connector, and great at keeping Palermo ticking over smoothly. Thanks Keni 🙂
