This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. Now my visitors can always find parking. Also good to have someone to ask who can keep us informed about what is happening here at Wentworth Point.

Iriminia has been really helpful since coming on board a few months ago. Her passion and desire to help the building is shown on a regular basis and her firm approach to contractors/tradespeople is exactly what we need to ensure the correct services have been delivered.
Michael is a great building manager who takes a lot of pride in his works and brought Hereford Court up to scratch keeping it in a smooth operating state. We have been most impressed by the standard of professionalism demonstrated in their commitment to providing a great service to their client(s). Our strata of 82 lots engaged Transparent FM to help us identify why we had high costs & long standing problems with the major plant & equipment in our complex. We were very pleased that within 1 year all the building assets had been reviewed & an effective management plan implemented.
