I can reiterate my comment the other day to Irmina Lichtarska that I am very happy with the improved communication from her compared with the previous building manager. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.

Michael Baird was our Senior Facilities Manager at St.Margarets complex where he managed 216 residential lots as well as a mixture of commercial premises. Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.
