Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry. Very happy.

The new building manager is doing a great job. He has ensured that we now have visitors spots again and is always aware of any issues that need to be taken care of. He is always approachable.
Be more hard in those residents parking their second car in the visitors spots. Start wheel clamping. It’s always the same resident cars there day after day.
I have known Michael Baird over a number of years. Firstly when he was an employee of a company that was Building Manager for Hereford Court, and he was on-site manager. Transparent FM is a vast improvement on the previous Manager who was unresponsive, inaccessible and unhelpful. Michael is responsive, efficient and friendly. He has initated a number of significant improvements around the complex and also in our ability to communicate – both with him, and with our strata community generally.
