This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
