She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.

I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
