I think this portal/surveys would be good for me to know (but also important to send to tenants), to keep me abreast of matters in unit bldgs, though my agent is doing that for me. If I could get alerts through my email, it would be ideal for contacting me, as the building portal is a good way 4 building residents, & strata mgrs.
We are satisfied with the building management. We are particularly happy to have a building manager on-site who can assist with parcel management, holding keys when required and assist with our other queries in a helpful and friendly manner.
I have known Michael Baird for the past 3 years and have seen him operating as a building / facilities manager to a number of strata schemes. I have also had experience of being an Executive Committee member in a scheme where Michael was engaged as the building manager. A big improvement over the previous arrangement
This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. Now my visitors can always find parking. Also good to have someone to ask who can keep us informed about what is happening here at Wentworth Point.

The new building manager is doing a great job. He has ensured that we now have visitors spots again and is always aware of any issues that need to be taken care of. He is always approachable.
