The new building manager is doing a great job. He has ensured that we now have visitors spots again and is always aware of any issues that need to be taken care of. He is always approachable.

It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries.
