Long story short: Stuff. Gets. Done. Properly. Further; the past manager was great at making everyone happy, while nothing got done. I’d much rather have a “doer” than a “pleaser”.
Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry. Very happy.
Extremely helpful and friendly. She tries to help, and if she doesnt know the answer, she will ask someone who does. Responds to emails, which is always great for people who need to work early and cant be there in person.
I think the new management has been great for Glebe Gardens, particularly as issues concerning the maintenance and operation of Glebe Gardens are taken seriously and are dealt with in reasonable time.
The new building manager is doing a great job. He has ensured that we now have visitors spots again and is always aware of any issues that need to be taken care of. He is always approachable.
We used to get notified be email when a package has been delivered, now it’s up to us to chase up whether something has arrived (if expecting a package). Please resume this, or at least update the screen outside the bin room – is it still working? I never see it on anymore. Poor response / communication back when an issue has been highlighted or reported. Ermina used to be prompt with return communication / updates and following up issues.
BM (Irmina) seems to be doing a good job. Main area for improvement would not be with BM but would be with cleaner…. He appears to have little ‘enthusiasm’, goes at a fairly slow pace, and honestly, not sure the general floors etc look any cleaner than they did before…. admittedly the ‘big clean’ at the start helped, but there are still times where the level of care taken with the hoovering etc isn’t really up to scratch.
