The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
It is first time to deal with Irmina personally since I moved from tower A to tower B. I truly appreciate all her help, support and speed in attending all matters. She is very professional and keen to help by all means. She is very responsive; with matters that seem hard to fix, she seeks second opinion. I can reiterate my comment the other day to Irmina Lichtarska that I am very happy with the improved communication from her compared with the previous building manager. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.
You could help in sourcing the waste companies coming in the middle of the night and to stop the noise.
Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry.
