I think this portal/surveys would be good for me to know (but also important to send to tenants), to keep me abreast of matters in unit bldgs, though my agent is doing that for me. If I could get alerts through my email, it would be ideal for contacting me, as the building portal is a good way 4 building residents, & strata mgrs.

Just doing something about the terrible smell near and in the lifts at times. It smells like a sewer.

I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry. Very happy.

It now appears that we have a building management company that is willing to help residents. Michael is doing a good job.
Be more hard in those residents parking their second car in the visitors spots. Start wheel clamping. It’s always the same resident cars there day after day.
The most pro active building manager that I have seen. Michael responds to questions / issues in a very prompt and accurate manner.
