I think this portal/surveys would be good for me to know (but also important to send to tenants), to keep me abreast of matters in unit bldgs, though my agent is doing that for me. If I could get alerts through my email, it would be ideal for contacting me, as the building portal is a good way 4 building residents, & strata mgrs.
Fix the smelly lift and watch the cleaners
Iriminia has been really helpful since coming on board a few months ago. Her passion and desire to help the building is shown on a regular basis and her firm approach to contractors/tradespeople is exactly what we need to ensure the correct services have been delivered.

Michael is a great building manager who takes a lot of pride in his works and brought Hereford Court up to scratch keeping it in a smooth operating state. I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. We have the notice on the door but people get lost and have no mobile coverage!… Read more
