The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
BEST ACTION WE HAVE HAD SINCE WE MOVED IN. GOOD WORK WE FEEL MUCH MORE SECURE AND MORE IN TOUCH WITH WHAT IS GOING ON.
It has been very good. Service level has been improved a lot. Much better than previous managers.
