Michael Baird was our Senior Facilities Manager at St.Margarets complex where he managed 216 residential lots as well as a mixture of commercial premises. Iriminia has been really helpful since coming on board a few months ago. Her passion and desire to help the building is shown on a regular basis and her firm approach to contractors/tradespeople is exactly what we need to ensure the correct services have been delivered.
I can reiterate my comment the other day to Irmina Lichtarska that I am very happy with the improved communication from her compared with the previous building manager. She provides an excellent level of information to all parties and is very responsive to emails. She was helpful recently helping me replace my fob key for the door/lift.

I do not live in my property so can only say that the communication procedures are very good in allowing absentee owners to retain some links with their properties.

We used to get notified be email when a package has been delivered, now it’s up to us to chase up whether something has arrived (if expecting a package). Please resume this, or at least update the screen outside the bin room – is it still working? I never see it on anymore. Poor response / communication back when an issue has been highlighted or reported. Ermina used to be prompt with return communication / updates and following up issues.
