Transparent FM was contracted to deliver building management services for Glebe Gardens in September 2014. Glebe Gardens has 103 units – a mix of townhouses and apartments. By way of background, completed in 1996, Herbert Towers is a single strata plan comprising of 156 residential units split across two separate buildings, with shared facilities including gym, pool, spa, sauna, visitor parking, rented reserved parking. Extremely helpful and friendly. She tries to help, and if she doesnt know the answer, she will ask someone who does. Responds to emails, which is always great for people who need to work early and cant be there in person.
