Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.
The most pro active building manager that I have seen. Michael responds to questions / issues in a very prompt and accurate manner.

Transparent FM is a vast improvement on the previous Manager who was unresponsive, inaccessible and unhelpful. Michael is responsive, efficient and friendly. He has initated a number of significant improvements around the complex and also in our ability to communicate – both with him, and with our strata community generally.
