I am very happy with the service
I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
Very happy with current set up. Information flows freely and issues addressed without delay.

Michael is a great building manager who takes a lot of pride in his works and brought Hereford Court up to scratch keeping it in a smooth operating state. We have been most impressed by the standard of professionalism demonstrated in their commitment to providing a great service to their client(s). This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. Now my visitors can always find parking. Also good to have someone to ask who can keep us informed about what is happening here at Wentworth Point.
