BM (Irmina) seems to be doing a good job. Main area for improvement would not be with BM but would be with cleaner…. He appears to have little ‘enthusiasm’, goes at a fairly slow pace, and honestly, not sure the general floors etc look any cleaner than they did before…. admittedly the ‘big clean’ at the start helped, but there are still times where the level of care taken with the hoovering etc isn’t really up to scratch.
In early 2016 Michael Baird and Transparent FM were recommend to us, whilst we were considering options at Herbert Towers to change building management companies. In the end we met with five different companies (and spoke to many more) but it was obvious from the start that Michael was not only the most knowledgeable but also the most passionate of all the people we met with. It has been very good. Service level has been improved a lot. Much better than previous managers.
My feedback is that having the onsite presence has made a vast difference and overall things are noted and actioned quickly.
Our strata of 82 lots engaged Transparent FM to help us identify why we had high costs & long standing problems with the major plant & equipment in our complex. We were very pleased that within 1 year all the building assets had been reviewed & an effective management plan implemented. This has resulted in a 99% decrease in equipment outages and reduced our Building Management budget for 2015/16 by 18%. The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
