My feedback is that having the onsite presence has made a vast difference and overall things are noted and actioned quickly.

I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
It is first time to deal with Irmina personally since I moved from tower A to tower B. I truly appreciate all her help, support and speed in attending all matters. She is very professional and keen to help by all means. She is very responsive; with matters that seem hard to fix, she seeks second opinion. Our strata of 82 lots engaged Transparent FM to help us identify why we had high costs & long standing problems with the major plant & equipment in our complex. We were very pleased that within 1 year all the building assets had been reviewed & an effective management plan implemented. This has resulted in a 99% decrease in equipment outages and reduced our Building Management budget for 2015/16 by 18%. You could help in sourcing the waste companies coming in the middle of the night and to stop the noise.
Long story short: Stuff. Gets. Done. Properly. Further; the past manager was great at making everyone happy, while nothing got done. I’d much rather have a “doer” than a “pleaser”.
In early 2016 Michael Baird and Transparent FM were recommend to us, whilst we were considering options at Herbert Towers to change building management companies.
