We love living at Palermo. We love how polite and friendly the residents are. Keni is the best building manager we’ve ever experienced. He’s very focused, on the ball, courteous, helpful, completely honest, reliable and ensures the building is clean and runs smoothly. A big improvement over the previous arrangement
We are satisfied with the building management. We are particularly happy to have a building manager on-site who can assist with parcel management, holding keys when required and assist with our other queries in a helpful and friendly manner.
Be more hard in those residents parking their second car in the visitors spots. Start wheel clamping. It’s always the same resident cars there day after day.

This complex is very fortunate to have a building manager on site, Michael is doing a wonderful job. There is no longer frustrating waiting for returned calls or action to help solve problems. Now my visitors can always find parking. Also good to have someone to ask who can keep us informed about what is happening here at Wentworth Point.
