Happy with the service, most problems get fixed fairly quickly once reported.
Iriminia has been really helpful since coming on board a few months ago. Her passion and desire to help the building is shown on a regular basis and her firm approach to contractors/tradespeople is exactly what we need to ensure the correct services have been delivered.

Effective and efficient building management requires an unusual and complex mix of expertise in construction, maintenance, administration, security, IT, interfacing with a proactive committee and direct communications with a wide range of people with differing needs and expectations. I believe Michael has demonstrated that he has this range of skills and and has applied them well at Glebe Gardens. This has been to be benefit of all owners and tenants.
The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
There’s nothing that Keni can do better. He’s AWESOME! Great community connector, and great at keeping Palermo ticking over smoothly. Thanks Keni 🙂
The new building manager is doing a great job. He has ensured that we now have visitors spots again and is always aware of any issues that need to be taken care of. He is always approachable.
I feel the new management/Michael is fantastic. He is so different to the previous managers. Right from having an office within the building, he managed all the issues extremely well. He went extra mile by organizing the parcel collections, solving the parking problems, and even helping us giving notice when Hill rd flooded. I would rate him as 9 or 10 out of 10.
Better than any previous Manager ever did perform and always courteously and with a smile.
