We’re most satisfied by Michael and his proactive efforts to improve the condition of the building.
Long story short: Stuff. Gets. Done. Properly. Further; the past manager was great at making everyone happy, while nothing got done. I’d much rather have a “doer” than a “pleaser”.
Having experienced many building managers in the past when on the committee of a different strata complex for 7 years I can say without a doubt that Michael Baird is the most competent, efficient manager I have ever experienced. I think we are very lucky to have him. Kaye, Glebe Gardens
Be more hard in those residents parking their second car in the visitors spots. Start wheel clamping. It’s always the same resident cars there day after day.

Just doing something about the terrible smell near and in the lifts at times. It smells like a sewer.
Transparent FM was contracted to deliver building management services for Glebe Gardens in September 2014. Glebe Gardens has 103 units – a mix of townhouses and apartments. It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. We have the notice on the door but people get lost and have no mobile coverage!… Read more
It has been very good. Service level has been improved a lot. Much better than previous managers.
I think the new management has been great for Glebe Gardens, particularly as issues concerning the maintenance and operation of Glebe Gardens are taken seriously and are dealt with in reasonable time.
