The Building Manager is a great addition to this building. Michael is very efficient and obviously enjoys what he does. The parcel collection ensures that we receive our packages, as the postie used to leave them at the entrance before, as he could not find parking around the building.
I have known Michael for a period of approximately four years, as the Treasurer of the Executive Committee of 51 Hereford St, Glebe. During this time I have found Michael to be a very hard working professional. His passion for what he does is what separates him from his peers. Happy with the service, most problems get fixed fairly quickly once reported.
I think the new management has been great for Glebe Gardens, particularly as issues concerning the maintenance and operation of Glebe Gardens are taken seriously and are dealt with in reasonable time.
Doing a superb job. Great to have visitor parking again. Building feels more secure. Good that jobs are attended to quickly.
My feedback is that having the onsite presence has made a vast difference and overall things are noted and actioned quickly.

Michael is a great building manager who takes a lot of pride in his works and brought Hereford Court up to scratch keeping it in a smooth operating state. We have been most impressed by the standard of professionalism demonstrated in their commitment to providing a great service to their client(s).
