It would be helpful to have some way of knowing whether Keni is in the office if we need to see him or pick up a parcel. Perhaps if there was like an ‘in/out’ sign here in Building Link, so we could see when he was in. As a professional who works full-time, that would make my life so much easier. Also maybe a buzzer/intercom from our doors to Building Management, for first-time parcel deliveries or similar queries. Very impressed with Michael’s service. Was very thorough in articulating the process of solving a problem with our exhaust fans. Especially appreciate that he supervised the contractors to ensure effective and correctly charged repairs. He also fixed another unknown problem with a water pipe in the roof space, as well as provided extra information on how to prevent smelly gasses from rising up through the pipes in the laundry.
